Regular League play
7 home games, 7 away games, 14 game schedule
League Cup-teams divided into two groups of four each:

Within each group, teams play home and away for a total of six games.
The top two teams in each group advance to the semi-finals as follows:
A1 vs B2, B1 vs A2
Semi-finals will be played on a home and away, total goals basis. If tied on total goals, the team scoring more away goals will advance. If still tied, then sudden-death (golden goal) overtime will be played. (Two 15-minute periods, if necessary). If no goal scored in overtime, penalty kicks-FIFA rules will be taken to determine the winner.
