Penn FC, formerly known as the Harrisburg City Islanders, has been in the USL since 2011. It was announced
in January that they would be rebranded as Penn FC and be lead by new head coach Raoul Voss. The roster
has also been completely overhauled.

All-time Toronto FC II is 1-6-1 against Penn FC/Harrisburg City. Last season on Canada Day, the two teams
played to an exciting seven-goal game at the Ontario Soccer Centre.

In the most recent meeting between the two sides, Penn FC were winners on TFC II’s school day game last month.

Key Players

31-year-old journeyman Tom Heinemann leads the Penn FC attack with three goals on the season. The native
of St. Louis is in his first season with Penn FC after stops in the MLS with Columbus and the Vancouver Whitecaps.

English defender Harri Hawkins leads the team in distribution out of the back. The 25-year-old is in his first
season with Penn FC after a stint with the New York Cosmos. 27-year-old Richard Menjivar leads the team
in key passes with 12 and has picked up an assist.

38-year-old Frenchman Romuald Peiser has made eight of the eleven starts in goal for Penn FC. The former
Paris Saint-Germain youth player is in his first season with Penn FC joining from the now-defunct
San Francisco Deltas.

Canadian Content

The lone Canadian on the roster is Mauro Eustaquio. Eustaquio was born in Portugal but grew up in Leamington,
Ontario before heading back to his native country to play youth football. The midfielder spent time with both
the Ottawa Fury and FC Edmonton before moving to Penn. The 25-year-old has made six youth appearances with the
Canadian National team. He has made seven appearances this season recording an assist but has not featured
since early May.
