I did not notice PS players Uday Arora and Braim Lopez get Yellow cards as the L1O game summary states.

Attendance was about 60 on this warm night.

Triston Henry earned the shutout for Sigma. He has played every minute of their 12 league games and has
only allowed 4 goals. That's a GAA of 0.33! The L1O website buries this stat by listing their top goalies
as allowing the least number of goals so some one-game-appearance-wonders lead their stats. Henry was
supported by a strong backline which this game consisted of Francis Kwashie, Reggie Laryea, Dominic Samuel,
and Kyle Walton.

Aaron Peters was goalie for Pro Stars and played well with a few good stops. He was subbed out at 86 minutes
for Noah Folkins and I'm not sure the reason. He was injured at 59 minutes in a collision in the box with
David Velastegui and needed the trainer. Long time goalie Jonathan Albanese left the team earlier this month.

Another winning goal by Charlie Anagho-Ntamark in this first start this season. I saw him on July 21st
in the League Cup semi-final against TFC III when he subbed on at 39 minutes and eventually hit the outside
of the right post in the seventh round of Penalty kicks and they were ousted. Next game he was subbed
on at 76 minutes and scored the winning goal against Aurora FC at 77 minutes. Last Sunday he had his revenge
against TFC III in a league game when he was subbed on at 59 minutes and scored at 60 minutes bashing through
the teenage defence and shooting a tough angle shot just inside the right corner of the net.

I asked him after the game how long he'd been with the team and if he'd had any previous time with Sigma
when he was a kid. The league shows his first game as July 28th. He said he'd trained with the team late
in the preseason but the team had pretty much set their roster. He hadn't played with any of the Sigma
youth teams—by this time I could tell by his English accent. He said he'd come over in hopes of signing
with an MLS team (but wouldn't rule out a Canadian Premier League position).

Websites track his history as previously playing until this spring with Hednesford Town of the
'Northern Premier League's Premier Division' (that's a bit deep for me and I can't say what tier that is).
Different sites list his birthday as January 24th and November 2nd, 1995 which would make him either 22 or 23.

Sigma has even younger players waiting to burst onto the team. Earlier this week Sigma FC II were named
the U21 Provincial Elite Champions.

Tonight's result improves Sigma's record to 10 wins, 0 losses, 2 ties for 32 points. They are in first place
with a now 6 point lead on TFC III with each team having 4 games remaining.

Pro Stars record falls to 1 win, 7 losses, 4 ties for 7 points. They are in sixteenth of the seventeen teams.
They've allowed 25 goals which isn't bad and that statistic is a lot better than last year. This week
last year they had allowed 62 goals. They've scored 11 goals which is exactly where they were this
time last year.
