On a warm Saturday afternoon, Windsor TFC and North Mississauga SC played to a 1-1 draw after a late converted
Windsor penalty earned each team a point.

It was North Mississauga who came out from the opening kickoff and put the pressure on right away. They were finally
able to break the deadlock when Esperance sent a great ball in to Prescod (25'), who finished in the bottom
left corner.

After the goal, the majority of possession was held in the middle of the field for both teams, as neither could
generate quality scoring chances.

In the 85th minute Windsor TFC striker Dimeo was sent in alone and scored, but the flag was up for offside.

Just five minutes later, it was Dimeo again who was taken down in the box and earned his side a late penalty.

Windsor TFC’s Ferri (90') stepped up to the spot and made no mistake as the game finished 1-1.

North Mississauga will head back home and play the Vaughan Azzurri on Saturday August 18 (8 p.m.)
at Hershey Centre, Mississauga.

Windsor TFC will remain at home and try to earn their first win of the season when they play the Sanjaxx Lions
on August 19 (4 p.m.) at McHugh Stadium, Windsor.
