Alliance United FC registered a 3-0 victory on the road versus Toronto Skillz FC to claim their first victory
in their debut season in League1 Ontario.

Despite the host having solid fan support at Birchmount Stadium, they were instead treated to a dominant
performance by the visitors.

Alliance quickly asserted their authority on the game with goals in the opening twenty minutes from
Milan Beader (10') and Niruthan Sivananthan (16') respectively.

With a 7-2 shot superiority and monopoly on possession that largely forced Toronto to defend in numbers
during the opening half, Alliance were unlucky not to score more goals at this stage of game.

Alliance's eventual winning goal would be scored by substitute Anthony Sousa (58'), who replaced
Nicholas Osorio, the young brother of Canadian international Jonathan Osorio.

The elder Osorio was present watching his sibling play.

Late in the game with a few cards brandished by the referee, Alliance's only significant blunder was being
reduced to 10-men in the eighty-sixth minute as defender Lukas MacNaughton was sent off.

With the win, Alliance move to 1-1-0 after two matches played, while Toronto Skillz fall to 1-2-0.

Alliance United FC have a bit of a break until they face Unionville-Milliken S.C at Centennial College
on June 3 (6:30 p.m.).

Toronto Skillz will host current second placed Toronto FC III on May 20 (5:00 p.m.) at Birchmount Stadium.
