Revolution Academy goalkeeper Max Weinstein made five saves in his professional debut as Marcos Dias notched four shots with one on net. “Max [Weinstein] did really well for his first game, made a couple of good saves, looked confident, was vocal," head coach Clint Peay said postgame. "Very good.” Weinstein made three saves to keep the game tied in a tightly-contested first half, as Dias extended his team lead in shots to 14 in the ninth minute, sending a left-footed shot to the center of the goal that was blocked. In the 57th minute, midfielder Trevor Zwetsloot was shown Revolution II’s first red card of the season as New England played the rest of the match with 10 players. Toronto broke the scoreless stalemate in the 68th minute and extended its lead in the 73rd minute. The match saw the professional debut of Brandonn Bueno in the 83rd minute as he entered the contest for Michel. Academy forward Malcolm Fry subbed in for Ítalo, making his first appearance with Revolution II since the season opener on March 27. “Yeah, I’ve seen all three since they have been here so it’s exciting to see them come up through the pathway," defender Colby Quiñones said.
