Match Recap: Toronto FC II vs. Rochester Rhinos September 24, 2016 8:00PM EDT Adam Krueger Toronto FC II saw their 2016 USL season come to end Saturday night with a 1-0 loss to the Rochester Rhinos. The Rhinos got off to a great start in the 7th minute when Ryan James played an excellent cross to Steevan Dos Santos who headed home his eighth goal of the season past an outstretched Quillan Roberts. The Rhinos would control the possession for the rest of the first half. Early in the second half, Roberts would come up with some impressive stops to keep the Young Reds in the game. The best chance for the Young Reds came in the 90th minute when Anthony Osorio played a great cross into Wesley Charpie. Charpie was not able to get his all behind the ball and the Rhinos' keeper was able to stop his shot. The Young Reds finished the season with franchise best 26 points.
