• The Riverhounds (0-4-3) square off against Toronto F.C. II (2-4-2) for the second time this season. The two squads battled to a 2-2 draw earlier this April, as Conor Branson netted the tying tally in extra time to secure the Hounds’ first point on the season. • Pittsburgh is 3-0-1 all-time against Toronto F.C. II, outscoring the Ontario side by a margin of 12-to-4. The only meeting between the two clubs at Highmark Stadium, April 15, 2015, saw the Hounds prevail 5-1 thanks to two goals from Rob Vincent, and a tally each from Kevin Kerr, Danny Earls and Tyler Pasher. • GK Mauricio Vargas made his first career USL start this past weekend, stopping eight of nine shots at FC Cincinnati. His shots saved were a team season-high and the most by a Hounds keeper in the past three years in league play. • Pittsburgh is 0-3-0 at home this season, but have outshot its opponents in two out of those three games. Opponents though have a 15-to-11 advantage in shots on goal against the Hounds at home. • Defenseman Willie Hunt leads all Hounds players in minutes played (617), while Corey Hertzog leads Hounds forwards in minutes (487), shots (15) and shots on goal (8). • The Hounds next hit the road for a late draw against the New York Red Bulls II at 10 p.m. on Saturday, May 28.
