Kickoff for the contest is set for 7 p.m. ET. Richmond Kickers news and notes •Current record: 2-2-1, 7 points •The Kickers suffered a second consecutive defeat last Friday night when a late penalty kick gave the Charlotte Independence a 3-2 win at Ramblewood Stadium. •Matthew Delicate’s first goal of the season, and his 42nd in the USL regular season, had leveled the score in the 89th minute before Jorge Herrera’s late goal for the Independence. •The back-to-back defeats were the first for the Kickers in the USL regular season since losses to Wilmington Hammerheads FC and the Charlotte Eagles in June, 2012. •The Richmond Times-Dispatch reported on Wednesday that Richmond goalkeeper Ryan Taylor would be out indefinitely with an MRI on his knee injury scheduled for Friday.
