Vaughan's triple recruit package of Jason (24', 65'), Jahsua (27') and Brandon (16') Mills showed
their ability in a 4-0 thumping of Aurora United FC, earning the club their second win of the
2016 campaign.

"We had a little bit of continuity today, and I thought we were on the front foot from the
beginning," said Vaughan head coach, Carmine Isacco.

"But again we have to work on the final third, and I mean the very final, final, final part
of the final third," he added. "We missed some sitters, but we are getting better."

Brandon was the first to get on the board, registering another long-distance strike within
twenty minutes to go with his opening day strike from distance.

Not to be outdone, brothers Jahsua and Jason each deposited their first of the year within
eleven minutes. Jahsua's goal was particularly impressive, utilizing a great change of pace
and deft feet to elude the keeper and slip the finish into an open net.

"I thought we moved the ball well. We had a gameplan to begin with and I thought
we accomplished it, moving into spaces and playing off each other," said Jason Mills.

"It is my job to put the goals away so I'm happy to contribute. It's great and special
to play with my brothers and for all of us to be on the score sheet is just unreal."

Jason tacked on his second of the night with under half an hour left in the match,
and Vaughan held tight defensively to ensure Aurora could not generate any late
match momentum.

"I'm happy with the movement today, on the ball and off the ball, and I'm happy with
our defensive shape when we needed to be," said Isacco.

"I'm happy that we figured out how to win the game and be active in transition.
We were a good group on the day for sure."

After a bright start in week one versus Durham, Aurora struggled to generate fluency
in possession or feed their strikers with enough supply to create suitably
dangerous chances.

"I thought we were sloppy at the back, and had problems up top where we have a very
talented striker," said Aurora head coach, Jimmy Brennan. "Overall we are still
learning as a squad here and figuring out the league."

"Carmine has a very good squad here and good bunch of players. We have our work
cut out, but we'll settle the guys down and get them used to playing with each other,"
he added.

"We are a new team in this league and as a group, but we just need to sharpen up
and not give the ball away too easily around the box."
