Tonight I'm playing with Bill (IMEMEI) and we are well ahead of the other two players. I didn't see the Grammys on Wednesday but I'll play the tape back this week. Thanks to Bill for giving me an answer or two. It made up for my Playmaker cutting off for an OnBeat question. I have 17769 points which isn't so hot and I don't know if it will get me Top 3 on the Hall of Fame board but I risk 50% of my points. I know this will be a question of where somebody's from. This is a part of music that I like. The hometown of bands really interests me.

Well I win with 26653 points. That's good for 154th in North America. Yikes I guess Americans don't know this or just don't know Bruce Cockburn. The bar is 1113rd in North America with it's four players. I earn 2000+ Players Plus points (only needed 12000 points) and finish 4th on the bar's Playback Hall of Fame. Great! In my three games here I'm 1st, 3rd and 4th.
I wanted to cross the street to see how things were at the Frog & Firkin. I noticed GUNNER had posted a top 20 score. She was a Joe Grinders regular. The people are friendly enough but tonight AGAIN they were playing repeat games. I'm not going to highlight their great scores for this week. I asked them "Why doesn't every other bar get a perfect game then?" Later when I was about to leave anyway, I volunteered to run back across the street to The Keg and write down two questions from the 1:00am game and come back and tell them. Well the result of that was to find out that they were playing a different game then the rest of the continent. I didn't stay after that. I didn't really enjoy the Frog & Firkin games--the patrons are nice and they didn't like the repetition either. My scores were inflated by listening in on some of the answers. I went back out into the rain and treated myself to a subway ride home instead of walking.
