Well I don't know this one, got to think. Let's see Madonna had a baby about a year ago now...Susanna Hoffs of The Bangles had a baby about two years ago I saw her in an interview on tv...I saw Cyndi Lauper on Letterman just after she got married and thought she had a child before that...I saw Annie Lennox pregnant at LiveAid (or some other tribute) but she miscarried. Was Debbie Harry too old for this? I press in '3' for Debbie Harry. Some other players check with me but I admit I'm not sure.

I'm wrong and fall to 3rd place with only 9261 points. All the top five players are wrong! The winner is BRWNCH with 17873. I was glad of that as my Top 10 places on the Hall of Fame board were safe this week...I never expected that. I earn only 1000 Players Plus points for not making the 16000 point standard. I finish 6687th in North America and the bar is 1848th.
The band tonight was 'Medicine Man' who were a trio of guitarist, bassist and drummer. Their bassist tonight was a substitute for their ill regular player. The bassist and guitarist switched instruments for a few songs. Mostly pop covers.
While playing here I noticed that the Frog & Firkin bar down the street was racking up big scores on the Network Top 20. This was confirmed when their bar is Number 1 in the 1:00am game and DAVETV was the Number 1 player. Ok I'm going! I was in transit during the 1:30am game but got there to see the last half of the game which their bar finished Number 1 again with MOLSON in 3rd. DAVETV was working four playmakers at once. He was playing with about four others in his group who I'd met before. The basic strategy is whoever knows the answer calls it out for the others. Often this is done before the five choices for the answer are given.
DAVETV gives me one of his playmakers before the 2:00am game. He keeps me in the game with about five answers I didn't know right off but when we get to the last question which asks "...whose first single 'One Bad Apple' reached Number 1 for five weeks" , I called out 'The Osmonds' but Dave thought it was the 'Jackson 5'. I started to sing it to show how sure I was of the answer but he didn't change until the clue gave it away that it wasn't the answer. The bar finished first with six players in the top 20 of the Network board and I finished 1st on the whole continent! A congratulations from DAVETV himself was itself a reward. I guess I'll be the music expert if we ever form a team. Anything personal about the mystery man? Well it was suggested that DAVETV go into standup comedy at one of those 'open mike' nights at a comedy club. He was good as any of them although standup isn't one of my favourite ways of laughing.
