I think I know this. He had a live album which I'd written down as 'Live from Schubas Tavern, Chicago,, Motalvo Winery Saratoga California' so I thought that might be some fans singing along in the background. I don't know if Saratoga is near San Diego, his adult home town as I'm not American and I don't know the geography well enough.

I've never heard this song. The question didn't even name the song. When I got home I found it on YouTube (not a real video, just the music) over eight minutes and finally at 6 1/2 minutes a choir comes in. It didn't say anything about who they were. Later going through Wikipedia (as his own website didn't get give much info except ordering merchandise), said who the choir was on Song 12 of the Mr A-Z album (which I don't own--I've got his 2008 and the one that came out last month). I couldn't find any story linking that group with his high school until finding another link which said:

Do they expect me to get a suscription to their paper? No maybe just guess '3' because three of the first five answers in the Headliner round were '3'.
I'm wrong and stay in second place on my two boards. I earn 3000+ points for meeting the standard of 18000. I finish 171st in the Playback
East district. METLCA wins and places 5th on the 8 spots filled on the Hall of Fame (no one played this game last week).
(ntn.com listed out bar as 23rd out of 1077 with a 19453 average in the Playback East district. Those scores are really low so other bars
must have had trouble with the Encore.
I had a long delay getting here. Someone murdered a possible gang member at a crowded downtown shopping mall and wounded quite a few others. The subway was stopped and finally it was decided to restart but to skip the two stations at either end of the mall. I got out to transfer to the westbound subway a few stops before then.
This makes the first time this calendar year I've missed the Encore question. I would have missed it last week if I'd played and once when our bar was cut off the Network and maybe two other times that my friends got me the answer. It still sucks to write up a recap after missing the correct answer especially when I'm so busy in the soccer part of my web page.
