Tonight I'm playing with my two boards with Rob COSMO/METLCA, and Phil PLBAAB.
We weren't hooked up to the Network tonight....that was at The Unicorn....after a stuggle getting there with walking, streetcar, subway, bus with five minutes to spare coming straight from a soccer game. We had the 'Women in Rock' headliner again.
As I didn't expect I would NOT be able to play, so didn't ask for backup, I didn't get on to the Scaratings message board until folks had forgotten the choices already.
Headliner round: BLACK AND WHITE:--some on the Scaratings message board were able to recreate some of the Headliner round: various quotes: There was a question about the Beatles "Blackbird", as well as one about, get this, "Black and White". All of these are albums by Whitesnake, except: Spreading the Disease Who performed a song about Black Friday? Steely Dan Who had an album called Black Rain? AC/DC Who had an album called Black and White? The Hives A Cut with White World or something like that as a cut from "Mechanical Animals" by Marilyn Manson

I was so mad about this one. I would have had this right away. I got the CD the date it was released. I remember the strange cover with pictures of various El Camino vans--good ones, rusty ones etc. The only thing I didn't like is in recent interviews they have to build themselves up by knocking Nickelback.
