I got to read my notes over and over again on the three choices of Headliners while riding on the subway on the west end of the city. The artists have only had two or three albums each in their young careers. I own the studio albums of all these artists.
I swept through this round except Q4. which I know I've heard this before but couldn't place it so picked 'The One That Got Away' because I know the video where Perry plays a young and old version of herself. I switched off Rob's suggestion of 'Hot n Cold' with a few seconds to go. Sean said the answer to Q6 but I would have gotten it. I'm glad I read more about the T.G.I.F. video earlier in the week. They've already asked about the 'Glee' stars that were in that video but didn't realize Rebecca Black was in it too. Phil got us Q10 well before me. I'd read a review of the song on its unusual subject but was glad Phil suggested it first.
Now the Encore betting comes up. Well 50% as usual. Now Rob got that wrong and pressed the wrong button to only risk 10%. We had a Katy Perry Encore question just a month ago during the 'Dance Party Favorites' week.

I read through the question and start with the answers. I know 'Peacock' wasn't a single. When LeeAnn asks me I say 'Waking Up In Vegas' as I think it was 'too early'. Then I read through the rest. Yeah that first song doesn't belong. Glad I didn't have to squint at my notes and I don't think I'd have had enough time. I think that during the Headline round for Q5 the extra fact may have given away what album the song was from. At least that previous question put that song on my mind for later.

I had lots of help in this game but I was waiting for this after weeks of television shows and soap operas which I'd never seen. I didn't
do as well as I thought as there were about a third of the questions were about the movies that I hadn't seen.

I got the 2000 standard early then got greedy and dropped down to 1750, then finally got another one right fast enough then set
the board aside.
