I go 9 for 10 guiding the others through this round although Sean was gave us the answer to '9' when question '4' came up! I missed out on '7' when I went for Kate Schellenbach. I'd read earlier today that John Berry was in the group. I actually had noted that Adam Horovitz joined the band later and Phil said Kate was in their band but I couldn't think of which 'Adam' joined later and ran out of time.

I had time from Friday night to make notes about The Beastie Boys and The Backstreet Boys. The Beach Boys had too much history to even write down the names of their albums. I think I could have swept them as a Headliner with no notes as I own most of their albums.

This should be the last week that I have time to read about possible headliners as I'll be busy with the soccer season starting up again. My scores should start to fall soon.

Now the Encore betting comes up. Well 50% as usual.

I don't know this but know that '3' set some kind of record for the most samples used. It was before the licensing of music samples became so regulated. I thought the way I read the question that it was a Ramones question that was named 'High Plains Drifter' rather than the Beastie Boys. I could have taken the question as what album is 'High Plains Drifter' on but it wouldn't have helped.

I thought it was odd that '4' was listed as that album hasn't been released yet. '2' was mentioned earlier as another 'all instrumental' however that could still have samples in it but I couldn't think of them fast enough and 'sell' the answer to the others.

Correct Answer:....3. Paul's Boutique

[NTN Extra Fact:...On the CD, they also sample 'Superfly' and 'Your Mama Don't Dance'.]

I go home and find that my Paul's Boutique CD doesn't have a list of the samples but have always been grateful that the lyrics are printed out. I've mostly listened to the song 'Hey Ladies' over the years. I find on the web at www.whosampled.com that the song the Ramones song they sampled was 'Suzy Is A Headbanger'.

I'm right and win as LITBOX at 61725 points. I earn 3000+ points for meeting the standard of 18000. I finish 5th on the Top 20 board in North America. I finish 8th on this bar's Hall of Fame. (NTN lists our bar as 22nd out of 1700 with a 36612 average).

Here's how the rest of the bar did:
