Rob and I sweep this round. I had only written notes about Duran Duran for this week. I had glanced through Wikipedia to read over the album titles and figure out which instument each of the band members played. Depeche Mode I spent all of ten minutes on. A band usually names their debut album after themselves as so many groups only ever have one album. INXS from 1980 when their fame was confined to Australia. Questions 5 and 7 were Triviaoke questions. I thought the round was easy as it wasn't sifting through what was NOT something but it was the only choice of the group. We had heard of JD Fortune as he lived in our city.
Now the Encore betting comes up. Well 50% as usual.

All I can think of is '2' as it's the only song I know for sure. Because I read a preview for an Adam Sandler movie earlier today, I was thinking earlier in the day of the Saturday Night skit where he and Chris Farley were pool sitting--one of the first times I asked a question on the internet "What was that music in the background?" Beautiful Girls by Van Halen. So I right when they asked the questions I wasn't even thinking they even sang those other four songs.

Wow. I own that album but don't recognize those songs. Kick, X, Welcome Ot Wherever You Are, and Full Moon Dirty Hearts is the extent of my collection. Now I'm glad I didn't flip through the titles for song listings...except, I would not have said that the other four were 'popular singles'.

This game could have been a lot harder if the Encore had have been which song was NOT on Welcome To Wherever You Are...but we're not complaining. Rob said he noticed how the scores dropped quickly after the first few bars were listed.
