Tonight I'm playing as ROCKET and LITBOX with Rob COSMO, Sean METLCA and Phil PLBAAB.
Here's how my game went and my comments: TuneUp...ROCKET...4000/5000...2nd/5...PLBAAB wins round with 4500...the rest of us have 4000. .............LITBOX...4000/5000...2nd/5...I go 0 for 2 in guessing. The LineUp...ROCKET...14000/15000...2nd/5. ...........LITBOX...14000/15000...2nd/5. I got 10 right out of 10 for a great round this week and ensure the others have the same. Triviaoke...ROCKET...18540/25000...3rd/5...METLCA wins round. ..........LITBOX...18570/25000...2nd/5...I get a few wrong for -250 and one I stay out of answering. Opening Act...ROCKET...24290/35000...4th/5...I'm not sure who won this round. ................LITBOX...24320/35000...3rd/5. I must have got 6 right for 1000, 1 for +250, 2 for -250, and 1 I didn't answer. Headliner...ROCKET...30290/56250...2nd/5. ............LITBOX...30320/56250...1st/5. 1969:...1. In 1969 Peter, Paul, & Mary sang about leaving via what mode of transportation?--On a jet plane...2. Their self-titled album won a Grammy as 1969s Album of the Year:--Blood, Sweat, & Tears...3. He plays almost all the instruments on the 1969 single "Suite: Judy Blue Eyes":--Stephen Stills (the only member of CSNY listed)...4. In 1969 who ushered in the 'Age of Aquarius' with a #1 rock medley from the musical "Hair"?--The 5th Dimension...5. "Memphis Underground" is a seminal 1969 album from this jazz legend:--Herbie Mann...6. Some of the lyrics of Chuck Berry's "You Can't Catch Me" are found on which 1969 Beatles song?--Come Together...7. "Girl From The North Country" was recorded in 1969 as a duet featuring Johnny Cash and:--Bob Dylan...8. A large picture of this fruit is seen on the cover of Jeff Beck's 1969 "Beck-ola" album:--An apple...9. Whose free concert in London's Hyde Park on July 5th, 1969 drew 250,000 people?--The Rolling Stones... 10. In 1969 this single was an international hit for Fleetwood Mac:--Albatross
I didn't do well in this round as I missed questions 2, 5, 6, and 10. I had Chicago as the self-titled album Grammy winner, Stan Getz (the only jazz artist I recognized), Mean Mr Mustard as the Beatles song, and 'Oh Well' as the Fleetwood Mac song. Phil got us Bob Dylan (I should have known that, not Loretta Lynn), and I guessed an apple whereas the others guessed something else.
I now think the Encore question will be something easy.
Now the Encore betting comes up. Well 50% as usual. We better be right or we won't get 3000+ points.

I should know this. I have all these albums. I have to talk the others out of 3 and 1. I knew it wasn't 4 neither. I do enough of 'selling' the answer that they all go with '5'. It can't be '2' can it? Pink Floyd has been a choice of Headliner categories about four times but has still never been chosen.
Correct Answer:....5. Ummagumma
[NTN Extra Fact:...The live set was recorded in Birmingham and Manchester England.]

It shouldn't have taken 1.5 hours to get here from the soccer stadium but construction caused the bus to make some detours then there was
a subway delay. It was the Headliner category that got me to put up with this mess and the fact that I hadn't seen Sean since he got married
or I would have just taken the subway the other direction to come home.
