VAN HALEN...I had a good set of notes for all three possible headliners. I didn't have time to read them as the game went on but it was just writing this category on Thursday night while reading Wikipedia was good practice. They started off pretty easy with lyrics I didn't know but the only Van Halen song listed with songs 'Beaurtiful' in the title. Michael Anthony was not invited to play in their 2007 reunion tour. David Lee Roth replaced Sammy Hagar in one reformation of the band. 1984 album featured 'smoking' on the cover. 'Panama' being another hit from '1984'. Sammy Hagar starting the Cabo Wabo cafe. Something about 'Hot For Teacher'. Well those are the questions I can remember. I guessed 'take it home' for what the band said to do with your whiskey? in the middle of the questions to keep the bonus points rolling along.

I know what I've got to look up as I've written this down. I know it's a Sammy Hagar era song. That would knock three of these albums out right away. Phil asks if it was Sammy Hagar singing this. Yes! Well that makes it either '1' or '5' he says. Geez it would have been easier if I'd just thought that it's the one Sammy Hagar CD I own out of these two choices. Nope but I do find it with about seven seconds to go and confirm with the others. If I'd have done it the other way around, I'd have gotten the right answer in seven seconds.
