I must have got 6 right for 1000, 2 right for 250 (2nd chance), 1 that I didn't answer, and 1 wrong for -250. I've recovered to last week's score. The questions I got wrong were the 4th and 5th questions which tripped up me building up bonus points. Questions had a few "which songs on which albums" style and one I got wrong about the picture on an album cover. If I'd taken some time to flip through my CDs earlier in the week, I would have got it. Maybe when the soccer season is over.
Now the Encore betting comes up. Well 50% as usual. I know it will be about Elton John.

I'm right and win with ROCKET at 51612. The bar scores weren't displayed for this game at our bar. Also the individual scores listed a five way tie for #1. I counted back when the NTN board is updated and figure that I finished 25th overall for all North America...The bar is 23rd in North America with a 42450 average...I earn 3000+ points for making this week's standard of 18000.
I wonder why our bar score is so low? I see that Sean and Phil had forgotten to enter a wager on the last question so it defaulted to risk "0".
(ntn.com showed us in 23rd place out of 1842 bars)
I only load about 12 CDs into my MP3 player before replacing it about once a month. I had Elton John's "Here And There" album programmed into it about two weeks ago so I made sure I listened to that the last two days.
