Tonight I'm playing with two boards as ROCKET and LITBOX with Rob COSMO, Sean METLCA and Phil PLBAAB.
My game so far had gone like this: TuneUp...ROCKET...4000/5000...1st/5...our five boards all finish with 5000. .............LITBOX...4000/5000...1st/5...I was 3 of 5 in guessing. OnBeat...ROCKET...13000/14000...1st/5...my two sweep the category with 9 for 9. ............LITBOX...13000/14000...1st/5. The others went 8 for 9 as I couldn't blurt out an answer fast enough. Jukebox...ROCKET...18501/20000...1st/5...METLCA wins round. ............LITBOX...18494/20000...2nd/5. Triviaoke...ROCKET...24391/28000...1st/5. .............LITBOX...24355/28000...2nd/5. I take one -250 in this round. This was the start of a problem for us because the screen froze up at about the sixth song. The system was eventually restored and we were able to finish the round.
Now the Encore question comes up. Song titles but all over the spectrum. We know who was the singer for each one so what could this question be about? And most important is there enough time to show us the question?

I'd say I would have got this one because showing the year of the song was 1974 puts out 1, 2 and 3. The quoted line would have given me the Jackson 5 song.

We didn't get a chance to play the last question and no results were posted. Bar wise if we had a chance we should have finished 7th and I would have had a Top 20 placing individually. Two of my friends said they saw their boards show they had earned 3000+ points as we were above the 20000 point standings before the network conked out. I'll have to wait and see if that does show up on my point totals.
I've never had the network freeze up on me during a Playback game. There was no storm taking place and no blackout in the bar as the televisions were all playing sports channels. I notice on the NTN site that the other Toronto bars showed up in the rankings--only ours didn't.
