I would have known this answer. A question like this could easily have shown up in the Triviaoke round. I think he rhymes "New Orleans" with "evergreens". I noticed my friends got it right playing at the Squire & Firkin in Etobicoke but since they only were controlling three boards, they didn't rank the bar very high.
