Tonight I'm playing with two boards as ROCKET and LITBOX with Rob COSMO, Sean METLCA and Phil PLBAAB.

I went 1 for 2 in guessing...My fault for thinking Billy Shears was not a real person. I knew about the OPP (Ontario Provincial Police) crest (my province) on Sgt Pepper and that was where the contest winner was from. OnBeat...ROCKET...9500/14000...2nd/5...METLCA wins round with 6 right and 3 wrong. ..........LITBOX...9500/14000...2nd/5. 5 right and 4 wrong was a big disappointment. Dreadful! I get the Canadian answer right away. Forget Tesla, to me it was Five Man Electrical Band from Ottawa who had "Signs" first.

I usually start dictating the question but only read two words and I know the answer. Jerry V! This was the first concert I ever paid to see. I blurt it out to the rest of them. At least I don't admit that I was a member of their fan club and when I ordered something, my money order was sent back because their merchandise outlet went out of business. No more fan clubs for me...until I joined the Kylie Minogue fan club in 1988. I think my first concert was in a tent at Northtown Shopping Centre to see a few songs by local band Edward Bear ("The Last Song", "You Me And Mexico") but I was shopping with my parents and left with them.
I had read a few articles by Casale in the last few months as his group continued to make the news.

I'm right and stay in 2nd with ROCKET at 28642. I finish 30th in all North America. The bar is 4th in North America with a 28750 average. I earn 3000+ points for making this week's standard of 21000. [NTN.com kept us in 4th place out of 1998 bars].
I was stunned that we were so highly ranked with such a modest score. I'd just read about Casale this week on Billboard.com with his formation of Devo 2.0 (a group of children who he's taught to sing and play Devo songs in concert). The group has done soundtracks for television shows and video games. There's been a fair amount of headlines during the last year.
Actually seeing how poorly most bars did, I saw that we could have done so much better if I'd have been more 'on' this week for maybe two or three more correct answers.

One Simpsons question this week which we couldn't get. There was a Matt Groening=Life In Hell question in another game which I easily got. That cartoon used to be funny but not for the last ten years.
