I wasn't playing Playback this week. I took the subway up from a stadium where I'd just seen a game in the local CPSL soccer league. Toronto Supra beat Windsor Border Stars 2-0. I got here coming out the wrong exit with my soccer notebook, binoculars etc and some new slippers I'd bought. After a long run here on the hottest night of the year, I was just in time for the Encore but didn't have a board. I thought some of my friends would be here but no-one I knew was playing. I did talk to Richard BERGIE but he wasn't playing.

I had narrowed it down to TLC and Outkast within the first two seconds. My indecision was whether TLC had ever won this mainstream category. Probably would have split.
