Tonight I'm using two boards and playing with Rob COSMO and Sean METLCA/LIZZY. We were somewhat worried that we'd have to compete for monitor space with the Mike Tyson fight but with the Playback game moved up to 9:00pm, we had no concerns as the sports pages listed the main event scheduled for 10:30pm. No televisions were tuned in until the Toronto vs Montreal hockey game was over.

" I don't think it's REM" I say. I feel it's Red Hot Chili Peppers or Soundgarden. Pick the 'longest' answer which usually works for literature or Jeff LEAFAN's old philosophy "It's always Soundgarden". Rob will go with Soundgarden, Sean with Red Hot Chili Peppers. I'm wrong and fall to 5th and 6th with 12348 and 12287. I earn only 1500+ Players Plus points for not meeting this week's 15000 point standard. I finish ranked 6294th and 6312th overall. Our bar is ranked 91st (the NTN site put us at 43rd by Monday). METLCA wins.
The question was harder than it looked with just over 24000 needed to rank any bar in the Top 20. The song never made the Top 100 Singles charts I found out at home when I looked it up.

During this Countdown game the entire 49 seconds of the Tyson vs Etienne fight took place. Good thing there was no cover charge but the promotion helped bring in a few extra patrons but nowhere near Tyson vs Lewis last year.
