Tonight I'm playing with a group of four with Marlo ZIGGY and Bill MADDOG, a few non-players taking up bar space and Richard BERGIE with Kimmo KAV behind a pillar. Poor Doug CRANKY was out of sight and earshot from all of us. Henry ROK is as far away and leaves by the second round. I'm playing two boards and have the sychronized fingers working well.
The volume of the televisions had been cranked up to listen to the Leafs--Senators hockey game. The guys who made that request still wanted to talk so had to yell to each other. Marlo went across the street to buy some aspirin and probably gave away half the bottle to those of us with headaches after hours of noise. By Playback time, we had the volume muted again so we could talk through our answers.

I feel like I won't get to 20000 points before the Encore round. JukeBox...ROCKET...14431/20000...4th/12...COSMO wins round. ZIGGY in lead with 15477. ..........LITBOX...14431/20000...4th/12. Triviaoke...ROCKET...20504/28000...3rd/13...my two boards win round. ............LITBOX...20504/28000...3rd/13...COSMO passes us on the last question with the Offspring song that's caught me before although this time I got about 400 for it. Hey I'm over 20000 but this may not help our bar...I didn't think I'd get it but the answers were more like the old style two possibles and three throwaway choices of years ago.
The answers come up with five album titles. Hmm. First I'm thinking Grammy winners and then #1 positions and finally a particular year. Maybe I should bookmark something instead of just flipping to the #1 album calendar. I bookmark Pink Floyd and the Beatles (Paul McCartney was playing at the Air Canada Centre tonight). Trying to think of that last answer as Stevie Wonder.

A groan comes out of Bill and Richard as this question was so easy. I've had the pleasure of buying this on vinyl and then replacing it with a CD a few years ago. We've got lot of time left. The Sean/Rob table was out of sight tonight but came around the corner to signal us although I didn't see them.

We all hold our positions. I finish 66th and 66th on my two boards. The bar finishes 13th in North America with a 30925 average.
