Answers:
Tonight I'm well behind the six member, eight board Regulars team. I've got two boards going for this game, ROCKET and LITBOX. Our group eventually had five players and occupied the 9 through 14 spots. My game so far had gone like this:
TuneUp...ROCKET...5000/5000...1st/15...My two boards win round. .........LITBOX...5000/5000...1st/15...leads a huge group with 4500. OnBeat...ROCKET...14000/14000...1st/15...a big group of 10 players had a perfect round. .........LITBOX...14000/14000. Richard BERGIE gave me at least two. JukeBox...ROCKET...17649/20000...2nd/15...ELVIS wins round. ..........LITBOX...17648/20000...3rd/15. Triviaoke...ROCKET...21369/28000...10th/16...WORD wins round and has lead. ............LITBOX...21375/28000...9th/16.
This Encore question should be something about RnB or Rap music but I've got no idea about just what.
Question:...Basketball great Shaquille O'Neal got his rap start with this song.
I don't know this and can't think of anything except to think it couldn't be "What's Up Doc?" as that reminds me of Bugs Bunny's favourite saying and he was in a movie [Space Jam] with basketball star Michael Jordan. I fall for the answer 'True To Da Game' thinking the song might be about good sportsmanship and use it for both of my boards. (I would have guessed 4 and 5 but didn't change). The only song of O'Neal's I could think of was 'Biological Didn't Bother' which was about how his stepfather help raise him.
Correct Answer:...3. What's Up Doc?
[NTN extra fact:...It appeared on his 1993 debut album "Shaq Diesel"]
[from my music book:...The title is What's Up Doc? (Can We Rock?) billed as Fu-Schnickens with Shaquille O'Neal (Shaq-Fu). Bring The Pain by Method Man, Flava In Your Ear by Craig Mack]
I'm wrong and finish 10th and 11th. I earn 1500+ Players Plus points for not meeting this week's 20000 point standard. Bill MADDOG was the only one in the bar to get it right and zooms from 12th to 1st. He was talking about seeing Shaq in a movie and guessed that. The bar finished 1135th in North America.
Here's how the rest of the bar did: Player preEncore Final Rank WORD 24353 x 12177 ????
