Tonight I have a small lead going into the Encore after edging ahead of a six way tie in the JukeBox round and holding on in the Triviaoke. I have 22402 which is just ahead of KELLY with 21697. I'm playing on my own tonight as MADDOG and LEAFAN left earlier. The regular table of ENIGMA-JARVIS-KELLY-MOLSON are just behind me and Joe had even joked by shining a laser scope on my board just to remind me. I've seen those things on television on pro wrestling shows. The school boards in this city banned them last week so maybe he got one off some kid. That's fair as he thought the light on my mini tape recorder was for counter attacks...

Well I don't know that but have the full 30 seconds to think about it now that I don't have to write things down nor help my 'team'. "Nightclubbing" could fit the disco image of the first four answers. Now, a model first then a singer. Donna Summer was in the play "Hair" in Germany as a start. Patti Labelle was in the 'Bluebelles' her family's band. I've seen photos of Grace Jones in photo magazines but that was after I'd heard she was a singer. They could have been old modelling pictures though. That second title sounded like an image for her though. Best model her or thin white Lene Lovich? Nope I'm not changing my answer.

I'm right and finish with 33603 points, good for 51st in North America. Most others were right too and our bar was 5th in North America with a 32214 average. (That's three weeks in a row for a Top 20 spot, although I wasn't here last week for the 1997 largest video screen=U2 question when the bar was 2nd again). I earn 3000+ Players Plus points. There's a new game I haven't seen before tonight. At 9:30pm replacing one of the general knowledge Wipeout games is Sun Sports Trivia countdown game. It's a regional game and had 560 players from bars around the Greater Toronto area of Southern Ontario. I'm not a sports expert but the questions were right out of the newspapers with a few local questions.
