Tonight I'm playing in a small group with MADDOG and F&F regular JARVIS and I'm in 2nd place with 18781 points. JARVIS has the lead with 20462. MADDOG and I had a perfect TuneUp round but JARVIS was ahead after that. Hmm these ladies are all modern except Aimee Mann ('Til Tuesday) and even she tried a solo comeback. The last one I don't know but JARVIS said he could handle it. All of us with 50% on the line...

All I could think of was that this would be a long question to write down in 30 seconds. JARVIS said 'Paula Cole' and I clicked this in while I wrote the question down. I never have seen this show and it is about time she had a new LP although "I Don't Want To Wait" is still on the charts. I finish with only about 5 seconds left. Wait! I've read this on a web news service that one of my American readers recommended. It's Jewel. Reach for the playmaker but too late.

We're all wrong and I finish 3rd with 9391 points. FERREL (Mike) is wrong too but wins with 12029 points by betting only 10%. Good for him as he started this game partway through. I'm 7052nd in North America. I earn 1500+ Players Plus points by missing the standard. I didn't catch the bars position but it must have been pretty horrible. JARVIS is near the bar phone and phones his sister and she knew it even before he got through with the question.
I start to think that I need something like a dictation recorder to read the question and write it out at home later because this is happening more and more.
