York United FC sign Canadian midfielder Anthony Umanzor to Development Contract
The 16-year-old is another product of Vaughan Azzurri and also spent time at the TFC Academy.

York United FC can confirm the signing of Canadian midfielder Anthony Umanzor to a Development Contract.
The 16-year-old operates as a deep-lying midfielder and boasts a wide skillset. With an excellent array of passing,
Umanzor is a composed and technically efficient figure in the middle of the park, with an ability to break the lines.
Umanzor joins Joshua Lopez and Lukas Pareja as the club's latest recruits and has previously played with Vaughan Azzurri
and the TFC Academy.
Born and raised in Toronto, ON, the teenager also qualifies to play for El Salvador and was called up to their
Under-17 national squad earlier this year.
