The Toronto FC Homegrown signing leads the team with five tallies this season in seven games at a rate of a goal every 110.8 minutes. •Goalkeeper Angelo Cavalluzzo recorded eight saves against the Independence, and is now tied for 10th in the league with 59 saves this season in 14 appearances. Saint Louis FC news and notes •Current record: 8-11-5, 29pts •Saint Louis fell 2-1 to the Rochester Rhinos on Saturday evening to open its three-game trip north, keeping the side in 11th place in the USL’s Eastern Conference. •A third-minute goal by Ryan Howe gave Saint Louis the lead in Rochester, but shortly after Seth Rudolph was sent off after a handball on the goal line, and the Rhinos rallied to take the victory. •Rudolph leads STLFC with five goals this season, but will be absent on Wednesday night as he serves a one-game suspension for his red card. •Saint Louis concludes its trip on Sunday with a visit to Ottawa Fury FC as it tries to make up a four-point gap to eighth-place Bethlehem Steel FC in the Eastern Conference standings.
