Toronto FC II returns home to face the Pittsburgh Riverhounds on Saturday night. To get you set here 
is everything you need to know about the Riverhounds:

2017 Season:

The Riverhounds have had an up and down 2017 season. They currently sit in 9th place in the 
Eastern Conference with a record of 4-5-3. The Hounds have struggled to string together runs 
of strong form. Their best run was a two-game win streak in early May.

Last Time We Met:
The Riverhounds were victorious 1-0 in the first meeting between the two clubs this season. 
It took a worldly goal from Victor Souto to break the deadlock and at the time a record 
shutout streak for the Young Reds.

Key Player: Corey Hertzog
The forward has scored six goals so far this season. Last year, Hertzog found the back 
of the net 13 times, while adding four assists for the Riverhounds. The native of Reading PA 
was selected 13th overall in the 2011 MLS SuperDraft by the New York Red Bulls. After two 
seasons in NY, Hertzog signed with Vancouver, where he made seven appearances in 2013, 
scoring his lone MLS goal against the San Jose Earthquakes. 

Unsung Hero: Kevin Kerr
The Scottish midfielder is in his fifth season with the Hounds. The native of Munster, Germany 
played in both his birth country and the Netherlands before coming stateside in 2013. 
Kerr is currently 8th in the league in chances created with 23. He is second on the team 
with 496 total passes while playing every minute for the Hounds this season.

Canadian Content:
The Riverhounds roster does not currently have a Canadian on it.

Projected Lineup
The Riverhounds typically roll out in a 4-4-2 formation with Hertzog and Jamaican International 
Romeo Parks playing up top.
