Toronto FC II plays host to the first place New York Red Bulls II this Wednesday at 5PM.

The Red Bulls are riding high after a 1-0 victory over fellow contender Louisville City last Friday. 
The team has been dominant during their recent three-game winning streak. The Red Bulls have 
outscored their opponents 11-1 during that stretch.

Skylar Thomas talked about the importance of holding the backline on Wednesday, “It’s very important, we know they are a good team… we will be looking to get back at them.” The Young Reds will be eager to get back on the pitch after a week and a half break. Captain Chris Mannella added, “ It’s been good, we’ve been working on certain things… Bent has been preparing us well.” TFCII will be looking to bounce back after a tough result in their return to the OSA two Sundays ago. The theme of training seemed to finishing in the final third. Coach Jason Bent said, “If we try to be more clinical in the final third… we will be fine.” Players to Watch: Derrick Etienne: The Haitian international has been impressive this season for the Red Bulls. The NYRB academy graduate has been an anchor in the midfield for Young Bulls. He has chipped in 2 goals 5 assists this season. Etienne signed a homegrown contract with the Red Bulls in December of 2015.

Brandon Allen: The leading scorer for the Red Bulls has put together an impressive rookie USL campaign. The forward has 11 goals and 2 assists in 22 appearances this season.
