I-401 Derby returns for matinee at Ontario Soccer Centre on Wednesday

VAUGHN, Ontario – Toronto FC II will play host to FC Montreal for a Wednesday matinee 
at the Ontario Soccer Centre in the second edition of the I-401 Derby this season, 
with the hosts aiming to build on a big victory this past weekend. Kickoff is set 
for 11:30 a.m. ET.

Toronto FC II news and notes
•Current record: 3-7-3, 12 points
•Toronto is coming off a 2-1 victory against the Rochester Rhinos this past 
Saturday, which snapped a five-game winless streak for the side.
•Luca Uccello scored the opening goal for his first of the season, while 
Malik Johnson’s fourth of the campaign proved a necessary insurance goal 
as the Rhinos scored late.
•Toronto goalkeepers Alex Bono and Quillan Roberts have combined for 49 saves 
this season, the third-highest total in the USL.
•TFC II has gone 2-3-1 on home turf so far this season.

FC Montreal news and notes
•Current record: 1-10-0, 3 points
•Montreal remained bottom of the Eastern Conference after suffering a 2-1 defeat 
against FC Cincinnati on Saturday night at Nippert Stadium.
•Mastanabal Kacher scored a late goal for the visitors, but a pair of goals 
by Sean Okoli for Cincinnati proved too much to come back from.
•Montreal has been awarded 26 yellow cards in 11 games – third-most in the 
USL – but has yet to see a player be awarded a red card this season.
