TFC Loan Konopka and Hagglund To Toronto FC II Duo head to TFC II for conditioning stint to get match minutes August 19, 2015 Toronto FC Staff torontofc.ca Toronto FC announced Wednesday that the club has assigned goalkeeper Chris Konopka and defender Nick Hagglund on loan to Toronto FC II of the United Soccer League (USL). Konopka, 30, has appeared and started in 13 matches, with a record of 6-4-3 while registering three clean sheets for Toronto FC this season across MLS league play and the Amway Canadian Championship. He was also named to the MLS Team of the Week for Week 11. Hagglund, 22, has appeared in 14 matches, registering one assist for Toronto FC this season across MLS league play and the Amway Canadian Championship. Toronto FC II takes on Harrisburg City Islanders tonight at the Ontario Soccer Centre in Vaughan. Kick-off is set for 8:00 p.m. ET.
