Getting to Know Adam Bouchard Bouchard tells us which player he emulates his game off of June 25, 2015 Anthony Campos torontofc.ca We sat down with the TFC II defender/midfielder to find out who he’d pick to go up against 1 v 1. Q: Describe yourself on the pitch vs. off the pitch? Generally on the field I’m an aggressive player but it depends on the game. I can also be a very calm player. Off the field I’m more of a calm, relaxed kind of person. Q: What are some things you like to do on your downtime? I like to sit back and watch games like Copa America right now. I like to chill at home too especially because I haven’t seen my family in a while so I’m always around home as much as I can. Q: Favourite soccer team? First is Barcelona and second would be Club Atletico Penarol from Uruguay. Q: Favourite player? Ronaldinho. Q: How do you prepare for game day? Eat well, lots of water and lots of music. I typically listen to Drake and some Spanish music as well. Q: Messi or Ronaldo? Messi. Q: If you had a chance to defend a player 1 vs. 1, who would you pick? Just to be able to say that I did it, it would have to be Messi. Q: What is one or some of your greatest soccer achievements? Signing pro for TFC II, playing for Canada at the youth ranks, and playing in South America. Q: If you weren’t playing soccer what would you be doing? I’d be around the game for sure. I think I’d be in the fitness industry. Q: What player do you like to emulate your game off of? It would have to be [Javier] Mascherano. Q: Best FIFA player on the team? Is it Chris Mannella? Yeah it is, I can’t lie. I’ve never seen anyone that can beat him.
