TFC II First Annual Season Seat Holder Event Season seat holders came out to celebrate the inaugural season of the club June 20, 2015 Anthony Campos torontofc.ca Thursday marked TFC II’s first annual Season Seat Holder Event at the Kia Training Grounds to celebrate the inaugural season of the club. Fans in attendance had an opportunity to chat with Toronto FC II players and staff and get to know them on a more personal level. “The event is fantastic. The players are very nice and friendly,” said one fan. “I think TFC II is a fantastic way to build our team for a better future. This is the future of Toronto FC. It’s very exciting to see. It’s great exposure for the players,” he added. Head coach Jason Bent was eager to meet with season seat holders at Thursday’s event. “It’s great to interact with the people that are supporting you and see that they love the football club.” “I think the support will really push the players on exponentially as we move forward into the season. All the players and myself are grateful for the support; hopefully we can do them proud,” he continued. The team begins an 8 game home stretch starting on June 27th at BMO Field. After being on the road for majority of the season so far, goalkeeper Quillan Roberts is looking forward to playing in front of the home crowd. “Having our home fans with us at every game and playing for them will be exciting.” Defender Daniel Fabrizi expects the support to fuel the players. “It’s great to have a lot of people at the game. It’s a good advantage for us. Good support fuels us to play better.”
