Tonight Tyler Wason (15') and Anthony Doran (44') scored two unanswered goals for the Oakville Blue Devils en route
to a 2-0 win over Pro Stars FC at Terry Fox Stadium, Brampton.

"Obviously our key focus was on getting the job done," said Oakville head coach, Duncan Wilde.

"Only concern was having Filipe [Vilela[ suspended for accumulation which effected his chances of adding to his 20 goals
at the top of the golden boot standings."

"We made three changes from the TFC game and very much concentrated on controlling possession and the pace of the game.
We did that throughout the 90 minutes and in reality could and should have scored a few more that what we did."

It was a huge win for the Devils, capping an incredible first season in the league, during which the club held first
place for the majority of the calendar. The club thoroughly utilized an admirably built squad depth, earning every result.

"At the end of the day, our intended total of 50 points was in fact enough to clinch the championship," said Wilde."
Finishing with 53 is a small bonus. We set ourselves up early in the season with a powerful roster and consistent
performances and results."

"We fully expected a very different second half to the program and we certainly struggled for two or three weeks
to maintain the balance, due to players returning to college, some serious injuries and a couple of suspensions.
But we responded positively and our young academy replacements did a fantastic job down the stretch."

The Devils close the season with 53 points, a win-loss-draw record of 17-2-3, and 57 goals for and only 18 goals
against. The Devils had the third best offensive record in the league, behind Sigma and Toronto FC Academy. Oakville
had the second best defensive record, behind Woodbridge Strikers.

In turn, Oakville's striker Felipe Vilela was the joint-winner of the men's Golden Boot with ANB's Adonijah Reid
on 20 goals.

Pro Stars have one match remaining with match details to be announced. Pro Stars are currently in ninth place
on 15 points, with a record of 4-3-14, and 23 goals for and 70 against.
