Joey Cicchillo (23', 43, 54') scored three in approximately thirty minutes, while Alon Badat (42', 90') managed
a brace, and Edward Lay (88') netted one, as Vaughan Azzurri completed a haul of six goals over Master's FA Saints
one tally in matchweek 16.

Kamden Holder scored the consolation marker for Masters.

"The biggest challenge is that we still have seven players injured and out of the game," said Master's head coach,
Junior Groves. "Therefore it was youth verses experience today, and experience won but our youth are
getting stronger."

"Key moment was just before the first half, when we gave up a goal giving Vaughan a psychological advantage,"
he added.

Groves highlighted the work of two young Saints.

"I think for a youngster, Addison Clarke had an outstanding game," he said. "He was born in 1998 but played
the game very well offensively and defensively. Kamden Holder also did very well in midfield."

Carmine Isacco paid credit to 21 year-old Joey Cicchillo for his three goal contribution and work rate,
as well as the leadership of 25 year-old Mario Kovacevic. In spite of the landslide of goals for his side,
Isacco also highlighted the work of Master's keeper, Shane Long. Groves returned the favour.

"Joey Cicchillo was their best, because he scored three goals off half chances," commented Groves. "His movement
was very effective and his hunger for goal was evident."

Masters plays again on Saturday August 22 vs. Woodbridge Strikers at L'Amoreaux Park, Scarborough - 3 p.m. kickoff.

Vaughan also plays Saturday August 22, travelling to Country Day School, King City, to face ANB Futbol
- 9 p.m. kickoff.
