Cyrus Rollocks (54', 65') and Tristan Borges (28') helped TFCA continue a recent run of winning form, scoring a brace 
and a single respectively, as Junior Reds took down the Pro Stars 3-1 at Victoria Park, Brampton. Thomas Winksi (44') 
put away the only goal for Pro Stars before the break, and giving Pro Stars a fighting chance by momentarily 
equalizing the score. 

"Playing on a grass pitch that wasn't in great condition posed us problems, as well as the physical size difference," 
said TFCA head coach, Stuart Neely. "We dealt with the controlling the match for the most part but had pockets 
of chaotic decision making as Pro Stars tried to find a way back into the match."

"The Pro Stars GK [Philip Borowski] made several saves as we pushed for the go ahead goal," he added. "We had a period 
of possession and had to come out with something, and eventually we scored a second and a third. At this stage 
we controlled the match and managed most scenarios well."

Neely was most impressed by Borowski, and the aggressive runs of Pro Stars striker Leaford Allen.

"Leaford Allen created a lots of scoring chances but unfortunately missed them," said Pro Stars head coach, 
Josef Komlodi.  

"Maintaining a good level of intensity and keeping our back line secure as we missed some of our key players was our 
biggest challenge," he added. "And turning the ball at 0-1 at a key area was the key moment of the match."

Neely was proud of a number of players in the TFCA ranks, not least given the match schedule the club has faced.

"Phil DiBennardo played well in goal and controlled the back line against an aggressive striker," he said.

"Richie Ennin? was a threat all night along with Cyrus Rollocks. Both played well. Tristan Borges was crafty 
and scored a screamer or a goal. However the two top players were Aiden Daniels and Matt Srbely. Relentless running 
and attack building as well as strong defensive play made them a strong pairing."

"After three games in six days we will take a couple of days off and then return to training and deal with setting 
both our attacking and defensive lines based on our next match," he concluded.

Pro Stars get back into action on Friday August 21 vs. Windsor Stars at McHugh Stadium, Windsor - 8 p.m. kickoff. 

Toronto FC Academy gets two days longer to rest, returning to league play on Sunday August 23 vs. Sanjaxx Lions 
at Kia Training Grounds, 1:45 p.m. kickoff.
