Fifteen year old Adonijah Reid (21, 36, 58') continues to impress onlookers as he once again led the way
for ANB Futbol - and temporarily, at least, secured a position at the top of the League1 men's 2015
golden boot race - as the King City academy beat Sanjaxx Lions 5-0 in men's matchweek 15 play.

Belrum Vartanian (18') opened the scoring, while Daniel Iannacito (84') closed it out, and Adam Hewitt
claimed the clean sheet.

"I thought the young lad for ANB up front was the MVP," said Sanjaxx Lions head coach, Laza Lowe. "He was
quite dynamic, showed good finishing ability and awareness around the net, and scored three."

Lowe pointed to a young Lions' player as the MVP for the away side.

"Zaf Kraja," he said. "The striker didn't score but continued to get into scoring positions, and just
a matter of time before he breaks out."

Lowe was disappointed to see his Lions inability to capitalize on chances created, but found positive
elements in the result.

"For us, we were very good for first thirty minutes, but failed to put away the chances we got and it came
back to haunt us," he said.

"Key moments in match were our failures to finish and their abilities to capitalize on whatever mistakes
we made, but we look at everything from a positive standpoint," Lowe condluded.

"Sometimes it gets frustrating but it all goes away when the game is over, and we continue analyze and
approach everything positively and keep the players in a positive state of mind until we achieve what
we are meant to achieve."

Sanjaxx goes to Windsor Stars' home ground of McHugh Stadium on Friday August 14 - 8 p.m. kickoff.

ANB visits Vaughan Grove to play Woodbridge Strikers on Sunday August 16 - 7 p.m. kickoff.
