when Kingston FC are idle but still on top of the CSL First Division Sunday. In two other games,
SC Waterloo defeated Astros Vasas FC 4-1 and St. Catharines were full marks for a 2-1 away win
over Burlington SC.

West opened the scoring for York Region Shooters at 19 minutes in the game at Victoria Park, driving
the ball into the bottom right corner past Brampton goalkeeper Eugenio Garro. Brampton tied the game
1-1 at 44 minutes, a goal by Stephen Mark Hall and the score held to the break.

Scepanovic made it 2-2 at 75 minutes – his 14th goal of the season.

West completed his hat-trick at 81 minutes, finding the net from 10 yards for the winning goal and
an important three points for the visitors in their quest for the First Division title. The three
goals lifts Richard West to 15 for the season and second in the goalscoring title race.

Jarek Whiteman opened the scoring for Toronto Croatia with a goal at Centennial Stadium at the 23rd
minute mark for a 1-0 lead at half-time.

Windsor tied the score 1-1 at 55 minutes on a penalty kick taken by David Kadoic after referee Steve
Depiero pointed to the spot following a hand ball infringement by Toronto Croatia’s Tihomir Maletic.

Maletic made amends with a picture winning goal at 58 minutes, a drive that caught the top of the net
for a 2-1 Toronto Croatia victory.

Waterloo took a 1-0 lead against Astros Vasas at Esther Shiner Stadium in North York when referee Yusri
Rudolf ordered a penalty kick for a foul in the box at 16 minutes and forward Drazen Vukovic scored
from the spot, his 11th goal of the season.

Adis Hasecic made it 2-0 just on half-time and at 62 minutes Jose De Sousa of Astros Vasas cut the
lead to 2-1 when he found the net past Waterloo goalkeeper Imad Hakura.

Ranko Golijanin made it 3-1 for Waterloo at 85 minutes and Hasecic beat Astros goalkeeper Matthew George
to score his second goal at 86 minutes, his 14 goal of the season, for a 4-1 final score.

Antonio Stranges opened the scoring for St. Catharines Wolves at 33 minutes when he found the net past
Burlington goalkeeper Vladimir Vujasinovic at Nelson Stadium in Burlington and Stranges scored again
at 43 minutes for a 2-0 lead at half time.

Burlington pressed to get back on terms in the second half and Predrag Papaz, signed recently from
SC Waterloo, headed into the net at 50 minutes from a cross by defender Nikola Stanojevic. There were
close calls late in the game, which ended 2-1 in favour of St. Catharines Wolves.

Kingston FC are still top of the CSL First Division with 40 points, York Regions Shooters and Toronto
Croatia are tied with 37 points, Brampton fourth with 36 points.
