Halftime Entertainment:...It was some children's choir came out to sing one song and after that a Pizza Pizza 'Meal or No Meal' contest again. This time a man named John won the maximum prize of 12 pizzas. (I still say the game is fixed). Biggest cheer though was for a squirrel that ran across the field and into the north goal.

Attendance was announced as 19962 on this warm evening. Not all those people showed up.
Before the game a presentation had Esquire (watch company) Player of the Month for May went to Maicon Santos for community service.
The result was another tie. SKC was behind TFC in the standings and I wasn't expecting this. SKC was playing their final road game to start this season. It was their tenth game in a row on the road. To NOT win this game hurts TFC's dim playoff prospects. BMO Field has not been the fortress it was in prior years--or is this team not good enough?
Although TFC defenders limited Teal Bunbury to a few long range shots on goal--playing in effect as the lone striker, the team couldn't score themselves. Hamilton Ontario born Bunbury was booed by the fans every touch of the ball as he had decided to switch his international allegiance to the United States after playing for Canada's youth teams growing up.
Julian de Guzman's picture was on our season tickets. He was not playing today because he is away at the Gold Cup for Canada. Dicoy Williams is playing for Jamaica. Joao Plata was supposed to play for Ecuador in their exhibition tour of North America (he played against Canada here in Toronto) but he decided to stay here with TFC. SKC also has players away on international duty. Shavar Thomas is away with Jamaica, Roger Espinosa with Honduras, Stephane Auvray for Guadeloupe, and Kei Kamara with Sierre Leone. Craig Rocastle is supposed to play for Grenada but he hadn't left yet.
