Three to keep an eye on
From Friday's Globe and Mail
Greg Sutton, goalkeeper: He had an impressive record with the Montreal Impact of the United Soccer Leagues and has matured at the position since his first Major League Soccer experience in 1999. He stopped a penalty kick against the New York Red Bulls on March 26 to provide one of the big moments of the exhibition schedule.
Carl Robinson, midfielder: Some observers feel the Welsh international could be tops in the league at his position. Because of international commitments, he missed training camp time and so there might be a period of adjustment.
Edson Buddle, forward: He scored six goals for New York last season, and in the four previous seasons with the Columbus Crew, he had a total of 39 goals (with seasons of nine, 10, 11 and nine). He showed he could score during the exhibition season, and this is a team that wants to play an offensive style.
