Los Angeles Galaxy arrive Aug. 5

Toronto FC Tuesday unveiled their inaugural 2007 MLS regular season schedule. This is the league's 12th season, and will see each of the 13 clubs play 30 regular season home games, for a total of 195 matches. The team will face each of their six Eastern Conference opponents three times this season, while the six Western Conference squads will be played twice.

Toronto FC's inaugural game at BMO Field will be played Saturday, April 28th against Head Coach Mo Johnston's former team, the Kansas City Wizards. It will be back to back games against the Wizards as the two clubs meet in Missouri prior to the home opener on Wednesday April 25th.

In the month of July, Toronto FC will see all games away from BMO Field, due to the FIFA U-20 Tournament being held at venues across Canada. The road trip begins Canada Day, July 1st, with the team traveling to Kansas City. That's followed by games in Salt Lake City, Chicago, Houston, and Columbus, before they are back on their home pitch.

Toronto FC welcomes the Los Angeles Galaxy and international soccer star, David Beckham, Sunday August 5th at 7pm ET. That game will coincide with one of the city's hottest summer festivals, Caribana; the largest Caribbean festival in North America.

"We are delighted that our fans will be able to be a part of such an exciting time in the league, as we look forward to hosting the LA Galaxy in August," said Head Coach Mo Johnston, "we are working hard in training camp, and are excited to begin our first season."

Toronto FC will make their debut in Prime Time on Thursday, October 4th when they host New York Red Bulls at BMO Field. That match will be broadcast live on ESPN2 beginning at 7pm ET.
