Two second half goals within five minutes by North York Astros midfielder Camilo Moreno broke a scoreless game wide open 20 minutes into the second half and led to a 4-1 impressive victory by the Astros over Caribbean Selects at Esther Shiner Stadium Sunday, while in two other games in the CSL, Brampton Stallions defeated Laval Dynamites 2-1 and winless Toronto Supra Portuguese remained winless with a 1-1 tie with visiting St. Catharines Wolves.

Moreno struck the first goal at 65 minutes to give the Astros a 1-0 lead and followed with a second goal five minutes later. North York midfielder Eugene Ishchak made it 3-0 at 74 minutes and this was followed by a fourth Astros’ goal by Arun Tosing just two minutes later. Toronto Supra Portuguese salvaged a home tie with a goal by Mike Di Luca at 88 minutes after Wolves’ defender Frank Del Priore put his side one-up at the 36th minute mark.
