1st Half:...game starts 6:06pm after lots of waiting around for the television cue...Lynx defend north end on this warm evening with a bright sun in north west...although the scoreboard was functioning, all times are converted from my wristwatch because the sun's reflection made it difficult to read the scoreboard.

Attendance was 1826 on this warm early evening with a bright sun coming in from the north-east that made the scoreboard too difficult to see.
Freddy Commodore took advantage of receiving through passes past the last line of Lynx defenders. He was substituted early in the 2nd half after receiving a knock one minute after scoring his second goal. Greg Sutton earned the shutout and made it look easy. He leapt up and caught any cross into the box before a Lynx player could play it. He's earned a shutout in every game he's played this year except for a fluke goal in their match against the Lynx in Montreal last night which ended 4-1 for the Impact.
Halftime Lynx sub Edgar Bartolomeu had some good runs on the left wing but his centering crosses were either caught by Sutton or knocked away by defenders. Lynx forwards John Barry Nusum and Ali Gerba didn't have enough room to operate and rarely got off shots against the Impact defense.
Anyone like me wondering what the Laval Dynamites players are doing this year with the team sitting out the year from the CPSL found midfielder Kyt Selaidopoulos coming in as a 2nd half substitute and goalie Gerry Argento listed on the Impact roster.
