CP: Montreal Extends Unbeaten Run Over TO
Montreal Impact extends unbeaten run to seven games with 1-0 win over Toronto

MONTREAL (CP) - Canadian international Martin Nash scored in the 51st minute to help the Montreal Impact extend its unbeaten streak to seven games with 1-0 win over the Toronto Lynx on Friday in A-League action.

Nash, a midfielder, sent a superb free kick around a five-man Toronto wall and just under the crossbar behind Lynx goalkeeper Theo Zagar before a crowd of 6,872 at the Claude Robillard Sports Complex.

Impact 'keeper Greg Sutton robbed Lynx striker Ali Ngon with a dive to the right in the 57th minute. Later, he pushed the ball just wide on a close range strike from Ryan Lucas in the 74th minute.

The Lynx will try to keep Montreal from extending its unbeaten streak when the teams play Sunday at Centennial Park Stadium in Toronto.
