Attendance was about 100 on this warm sunny early evening. The game had been rescheduled from the Toronto area blackout of mid-August. Vaughan and Durham agreed to postponed their game of last night which meant the Sun Devils didn't have to play three games in four days.
Both teams had chances in the first half but they were most likely to be from long range. Wizards started to dominate in the second half and goalie Rob Tilley had to be brilliant to keep the score down. The strategy after the goal was to slow down the game to protect the lead which seemed to be working until the equalizer in the first minute of the signalled two minutes of injury time.
Wizards goalie Sal Brahima Trarore is still injured and did not make the trip to Toronto this weekend. Wizards now find themselves tied in the standings with Toronto Supra and those two teams meet tomorrow afternoon. I've been given three different times for this rescheduled game so I guess to be safe, I better pick the earliest time and just bring a magazine until the game really starts.
