LYNX ROAR TOWARDS 2010 WITH RELEASE OF PDL SCHEDULE

THURSDAY FEBRUARY 4, 2010(TORONTO, CANADA) The Toronto Lynx will begin their fourteenth United Soccer
Leagues (USL) season on Wednesday, May 26th with a School Day derby against Forest City London at Centennial
Park Stadium at 11:00 AM. The two teams will then meet in the back end of the home-and-home all-Ontario
series two nights later in London as both clubs begin their respective Great Lakes Division schedules.

The matches will be the first of sixteen games for the Lynx in their fourth season of Premier Development
League (PDL) play, the elite amateur player development league within the USL. Toronto will host seven
other matches in 2010, five more at their home base of Centennial Park Stadium, and two at the Hershey Centre
in Mississauga.

The team will try to rebound after a disappointing 2009 season in which they missed the post-season after
cracking the playoffs in 2008. Head Coach Duncan Wilde expects a number of players from his highly successful
U20 Junior Lynx squad, which reached the North American Super 20-League finals the past three seasons, to make
the jump to the senior squad and challenge for starting positions. “We had a tough season last year, but the
quality of players who will be progressing from our Junior Lynx teams into the Lynx PDL team will allow us to
grow and become successful this season and beyond. We have an excellent development system in place and we
fully expect to reap the rewards of this at the PDL level.” said the veteran coach.

The Lynx continue their regular season home schedule following their opening match versus FC London when the
Chicago Fire visit Centennial on Wednesday, June 16 at 7:00 PM. Toronto will also welcome visits by the
Indiana Invaders (Sunday June 27 at 1:00 PM at the Hershey Centre) and newcomers the Dayton Dutch Lions
(Sunday July 11 at 7:00 PM at Centennial).

The club will once again host their annual Youth Day matinee match at Centennial, with the Cleveland Internationals
making the trek to Toronto for an 11:00 AM kick-off on Wednesday July 14. The match kicks off a hectic final twelve
days of the regular season for the Lynx, which sees them travel to Michigan the next night for 7:00 PM encounter with
the powerful Bucks. The team then returns to wrap up the season with a three-game homestand with matches against the
Cincinnati Kings (Sunday July 18 at the Hershey Centre at 4:00 PM); a return match against the Bucks (Wednesday July 21
at 7:00 PM at Centennial) and the regular season finale against the Kalamazoo Outrage on Sunday July 24 at 6:00 PM
at Centennial.
